We will enter autumn with intention by grounding in nature and tuning into the element of water. We will also lean into Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practices like Qigong and Yin Yoga. I will lead practices to support the lungs and the kidneys.
I have been going on beach walks in preparation for this and kept finding myself instinctually doing qigong. So, I decided to add some qigong forms that will also support our Yin Yoga practice.
One of my teachers describes Yin yoga as Qigong done on the floor as they both come from TCM and focus on meridian stretching, support certain organs and emotions.
Iām really excited to lead this and combine all of my favorite things.
